- I am prepared to register as self-employed or a volunteer or I am part of a small voluntary community organisation.
- I agree to sign-up to the ‘Staffordshire Doing it Right Quality Standard’.
- I have the appropriate insurance in place.
- I am prepared to have a relevant DBS check.
- I operate as an entirely independent entity, free from affiliations with larger or parent organisations.
- I am prepared to keep relevant documents in an accessible folder for clients to inspect when requested.
